Instagram permissions Lost

For some reason the instagram permissions are lost for the account and have no idea what the problem is. We disconnected Manychat from the backend of Facebook and connected it again but its still not working.

 

Is anyone dealing with the same issue?

Start by Refreshing Permissions as mentioned in the error message. This solves the issue 99% of the time.

If this doesn't work, ensure you have the right access to the IG page. Ideally, the person refreshing permissions is Admin on the business, FB page, IG and Ads account. If I don't have all access, I'll usually ask the person who does so they can try to refresh permissions and see if that works.

If all fails, you need to talk to support. You can email them at support@manychat.com or open a ticket at support.manychat.com
