We’re experiencing an issue with an automation that contains both messages with buttons, and with quick replies.

Some users are able to view and click the buttons, but when they receive a message with a quick reply, they see the message but not the quick reply (hence they can’t click it).

All these people are using the official Instagram app.

Has this ever happened to anyone here?

I have the same issue today. Flow stops after a button is clicked, not giving you the next step or link. After sending the first message, the quick reply works fine, but on the second message, the quick reply, which links to a new bubble with a referral link to a website, does not work. The flow stops...
