I have an automation set for instagram reels. When someone comments they receive an inbox message.Â
On my end, it shows the message sent.Â
On their end, they receive an empty message that doesn’t show the content of the message (textbox+button)Â

I’m having the same issue, where some users are able to see the automated messages in their DMs and some see nothing at all. Also, sometimes the automation doesn’t work at all and there are a bunch of other glitches. I have looked through the troubleshooting list and everything is set up correctly on my end, so don’t know what to do.Â
