I had an old fb page that previously owned the manychat account and I lost access to it. I was still logged in so I was able to transfer ownership to this account.
The facebook and Instagram page I had the bot on are perfectly linked.
I followed this to refresh the permissions, yet it keeps on giving me “Refresh Permissions” popup for Instagram and the bot is not showing on instagram.
