I have a simple workflow in which after a keyword message a reply dm is triggered with a link.

However when i go to the dm in instagram after this sequence i see “Get Updates”. When i click “Get Updates” it creates a message “Get Updates” in the chat.

A user left a message asking for more info after putting in the keyword. The auto reply should have sent them the link. Why is the user asking for more info if the auto dm is working?

I’m really hoping that people are getting the link and not a button that creates a new message. 

I ran the preview from a different IG and it seemed to work but it’s scary looking at past messages. Is this normal
