I have setup an automation triggered by a “specific word” comment on any post or reel on my Instagram.

So far so good. It works.

But when a user replies with that specific word to a comment of mine under the post,

(appearing as - @myaccount “WORD”) the automation doesn’t start.

Is it possible to solve?
