I have my Instagram Stories Replies trigger set to “All Stories” and “Reply Contains Any Words or Reaction.” However, when users reply to multiple stories in a row, the automation triggers multiple times! For instance, let’s say my reply message was “Hello! Do you want my newsletter?”. When a user reacted to five of my stories in a row, ManyChat sent the message “Hello! Do you want my newsletter?” FIVE TIMES in a row! 😳 The user didn’t even have time to open the messages, and I’d already repeated the same thing five times :/
Any way to fix??
