We use multiple triggers on our Instagram campaigns, but recently noticed that the “Story Reply” triggers are not working for ANY of our campaign flows.
The “Post Comment” triggers are working, but at only about 90% - so leads are still slipping through the cracks and having to be contacted manually.
SN: we’ve also noticed that our inbox in Manychat is not reflecting the active messages in the Instagram or Facebook apps. Maybe a privacy issue or compatibility issue?
We have walked through all the steps to provided by support articles and the support chat, but nothing is resolving the issue.
