I have just created a new automation where I send a message with a button for a form. After saving the automation Manychat says it is online. When I come back to look results two of the three triggers are turned off.
Manychat just keeps the Story trigger activated. The trigger for Post or Reel and the trigger for Live are automatically turned off.
I´m using a PRO account and a verified Instagram account.
How can I keep all the triggers on?
