insufficient rights to reload the account error message

I keep getting this message "you have insufficient rights to reload the account" - when I follow the instructions they don't work. I changed browsers, logged out and logged back in - I am the owner of the account - but still not working??

Hey you need to make sure that the Manychat is properly connected, by going to business integrations in your profile.

Thanks a lot Channer - That is what I did and it is working now! I received the email instructions from Manychat support with the instructions to do that.

I’m getting the same error. I’m the owner and only person on the account. Tried a handful of things and trouble shooting. Are you saying going to the business integrations in meta?
