I am unable to connect Stack AI and ManyChat and IG

 

I have followed one or two tutorials on YouTube but they do not appear to work. The videos where shot around 8 months ago so I am not sure if it is something that has changed in the mean time.

 

Idea is that the chatbot built in Stack AI simply works through ManyChat. I have setup custom fields and amended the External Requests Header, Body and Response but still no use. I can see some of the messages getting back to Stack AI but the error {{cuf_11269645}} sometimes has appeared, Right now it just looks like on the IG account, no response is being sent back to me.

 

Please help.

The {{cuf_xxxx}} thing usually happens when a custom field's value is empty. Check on Live Chat that everything is getting set correctly.
