Is it possible for my employees do record and send audios in WhatsApp through Manychat? Also, can they make phone calls?

I need my employees to record audios, send them to customers and also call them. 

 

I wanted to keep all my operation within Manychat but in order to do it, I need them to be able to do these things. 

 

Is it possible? Or I would have to integrate other platforms in order to have those capabilities?

So its not possible on Whatsapp itself for employees to send voice notes to customers through Manychat?

@Surabhi on WhatsApp, no. Employees will have to use the LiveChat option.
