I create automations in my clients' accounts, but some of them don't want me to have access to their live chat and see their messages. Is it possible to disable the live chat option for users with the admin or editor role?

Maybe offering a NDA to your clients does the job… 


@Fabio Gaulke thank you for your answer.😊 I'm signing the NDA, but that doesn't solve my problem.😂 So, digging into the settings Live Chat Behavior and Auto-Assignment won't help either?

You will still have access to the live chat…
