I have set up a couple of flows in our ManyChat account.
Our flows request info from people in order to send a quotation. The last two actions are:
- Add a row to a google sheets file
- Send an email to our user agents.
A couple of weeks ago, the flows worked fine.
Since then, those two actions experience eventual delay. Let me explain:
The flow reaches that step, the actions in most cases is executed immediately. In some cases, are executed after 25 or 26 hours later,
For “some cases” I mean 3 or 4 times in a 3 weeks window.
