FAQs and a chat bot that loops back to itself when trying to open a ticket?… fantastic. 

I would like to know about the main issues with this app as we are using SendPulse and it is giving us message and automation issues. 

Apparently this app is partnered with Meta?

What I did is rebuild our entire flow from SendPulse into ManyChat. 

But we are not going to ‘shift’ to this app without understanding its application and use in terms of what we need. 

Also, I think our account is a professional account and it says in the pricing that technical support is available as an additional feature? I don’t see that anywhere. so, if someone could explain to me precisely where I can find support?

According to my research this app experience problems just as SendPulse does with automated messages. 

So if someone from actual support can get back to me via my email, that would be fantastic because we are looking for a proper solution.
