When I close a chat and then the customer sends a message it doesn't reopen the chat! How to fix this issue?
If there's a reason why this is happening so what it could be?
Go to Settings > Live Chat Behaviour, and select “Any message starts a conversation”.
That should re-open the conversation after the customer sends the message.
