ISSUE CONECTING WHATSAPP WITH API

Hello colleagues, I have a situation and I hope you can help me.

I want to register my WhatsApp number, which is already registered with the Twilio API, but I canâ€t find how to do it. I looked into adding channels and saw that I should select an external provider, but I donâ€t see that option. Does anyone know why this might be happening or could help me with my case? Hi, @Zarcoach97!

In order to use the same number, you must disconnect it from Twillio. It isn't possible to “share” a number between two tools. That's because it is always recommended to use a new number with a new tool.
