I want to register my WhatsApp number, which is already registered with the Twilio API, but I can’t find how to do it. I looked into adding channels and saw that I should select an external provider, but I don’t see that option. Does anyone know why this might be happening or could help me with my case? Hi,
In order to use the same number, you must disconnect it from Twillio. It isn't possible to “share” a number between two tools. That's because it is always recommended to use a new number with a new tool.
