Hi everyone!
I'm facing an issue when trying to create new WhatsApp API official templates on ManyChat in Portuguese (BR). I get a message saying that the language is being deleted and that I can't add new content until the deletion process is completed, which may take up to 4 weeks.
Is anyone else experiencing this? Is there any alternative solution besides waiting or using another language temporarily?

Hi, it was actually a bug in Manychat. I deleted a WhatsApp template message, and this triggered a known bug in the system. The solution was simply to wait a couple of days for the system to return to normal.

Try to clean the cookies and cache from your browser and test it again.
