I am facing an issue with an automation in ManyChat, and I would like your help. I have a main automation that notifies users when a live session begins. In the flow, there is a condition (Condition 3) that checks if the user is registered or not. If they are not confirmed, I send them to a second automation (Automation 2 – Central de Provas).

The problem is that after the user goes through Automation 2, they do not return to the main automation in Condition 4, where they should receive messages related to the live session. Below are the links to both automations for your reference:

I would like to understand why the flow is not returning correctly to the main automation after completing Automation 2, despite the connection between the two automations.

Could you please help me resolve this issue?

@elciospy i think its due to 24 hour rule, if your contact's last interaction in messenger more then 24 hours, you cannot send them any message.

Thank you for your input. However, I don’t think the issue is related to the 24-hour rule. I have tested this with contacts who interacted within the 24-hour window, and the same issue occurs. Additionally, when we trigger the flow through Instagram comments, the automation needs to work well within the 24-hour period. This suggests that the problem might be related to something else. Could there be another factor affecting the transition between the automations?
