Issue with immediate response

Malena Lampazzi

Hi everyone! I need some help here…

This is one Instagram´s automation, my problem is with “immediate response”. Some people in Ig can´t see it and the automation can´t proceed.  What could be the reason? ¿What can I do to fix it?
