Subject: Issue with ManyChat Instagram Integration – Mixed Options
Hello everyone,
I am facing a significant issue with my ManyChat setup for Instagram. I created a new automation from scratch and added two buttons. However, during testing, the bot is sending a third option that mixes everything up and does not exist in the flow I designed.
I have double-checked the ManyChat interface, and everything appears to be correct, yet the bot is providing incorrect options. I haven’t set up any keywords or fallback options, and I’m testing using my personal Instagram account, where I frequently send messages.
Could this frequent testing cause the problem? Would disconnecting and reconnecting my Instagram account help, or is there a better solution?
