Hello everyone, my business's ManyChat is currently facing a significant issue: customers can't see the "Get Updates" button, or even if they can click it, they can't proceed to the next flow. I've tried reaching out to the support team, but I haven't been able to contact anyone. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

i tried refreshing permissions but still not working
