I’m facing an issue with my automations in ManyChat. Some automations are running smoothly, but others, like my newly created FAQs, are not working as expected. They don’t show up or execute properly, even though everything seems to be set up correctly.
I’m starting to feel really lost and would appreciate any help or guidance on how to fix this problem.

The first fix is to Refresh Permissions (you can do that in Settings > Instagram > look for the blue 'Refresh Permissions' button). This will take care of any connectivity issues you may have.
If that doesn't work, I suggest you check your triggers and how these automations are starting.
Usually by going through this process you'll find the missing config and be able to fix the issues.
