A non follower commented a keyword to receive a message with two buttons. On my end the message shows sent but on their end they just received an empty message because they first had to accept receiving a message from my account since they do not follow me. So essentially the automated message doesn’t reach them after they accept my message request. Is there anyway to fix this?

Still the same problem. Absolutely makes no sense, especially when you want to use Manychat for Ads-
anyone figure this out? I have some posts that are now whitelisted as ads and non-followers are sending dms, which a) dont trigger the original automation, and b) signal IG to tell me they are a non follower and i can only send one message. further, I think this can trigger too many dms to non followers so IG looks at it as spammy. any ideas???
