I'm experiencing some issues with an automation I've set up in ManyChat, and I'm hoping for some guidance.

Here's the scenario: I've created an automation that sends a message when someone comments a specific keyword. If the user clicks on a "quick reply," they are directed to another automation. However, I've noticed that the "quick reply" option doesn't show up for some users. To address this, I've set up a "Follow up if contact hasn’t engaged" action to wait for 10 seconds before following up. Unfortunately, this only works sporadically.

Additionally, I've enabled the "retry if reply isn't a quick reply" option twice. But if the user sends another message instead of clicking the quick reply, this option also doesn't work as intended.

Here are the specific issues I'm facing:

1. The "quick reply" button not showing up for some users.
2. The follow-up action only working intermittently.
3. The retry option not functioning correctly when a user sends a message instead of using the quick reply.

Has anyone else encountered similar issues or have any suggestions on how to resolve these problems? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
