It seems you don’t have all the permissions to Refresh it. Could you ask your client to log in to Manychat and Refresh permissions? This is what I usually do and it always works.

PS- Do you have any deep dive training on Conditions? I can’t get seem to get it and it’s a huge stumbling block for me. And I know I can build better chatbots if I completely understood Conditions.

Click on this link https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools and make sure ManyChat has permissions on in your account

This looked so promising.   It didn’t help me.  I have logged out of facebook and relogged in and tried again and yet it still gives me this error too.

I’m getting this error message when I go to the link above and try to give Manychat access to the page I want to connect:

“Show a list of the Pages you manage” is required in order to give this app access to the other permissions you selected

And I have done this.   I mean it is set to show a list of the pages you manage.

Any ideas.   This is totally blocking me.
