Is there a way see CTR statistics based on which keyword people entered a flow?

Basically I want to try different type of ads in instagram, and I would use different keyword in “DM me” appeal in these ads to see which ad performs better and leads to sales. 

Or is there a better way to track end-to-end traffic overall (from insta ad through manychat flow to stripe checkout)?
