Keyword Automation Issue on IG Post

Hey Everyone,
 

We recently tested a post on IG with multiple keywords (e.g., "If you want the PDF, comment 'pdf', if you want the masterclass, comment 'masterclass' under the same post"). In ManyChat automation, we set up two different keyword triggers for this post. However, it seems like if one same IG account commented both words, only the first one is working, and the other isn’t responding.

Is there a limit on how many keyword automations can be used per post, or is there a way to bypass this issue?

There's no way to bypass this. Every user can only trigger one keyword per post/reel. If a second keyword is sent, nothing will happen.
