I need details about the permissions I can give to a specific user. I don't want the live chat agent or editor to see the customer's number and email. Is it possible to do this?

At the moment, every role you set to the user, they will be able to see the contact’s info.

Yes, I saw this, but I need more control over permissions, for example leaving contact information (such as email and phone) only for administrators, not for editors and live chat agents. Or you can determine which user can see and have access to more sensitive data. And from what I researched, manychat does not have these native controls. What a shame! 😔 Thanks for you help bro.
