Messages are sent to contacta but when trying to open the link it doesnt open. I reviewed the link, opened separately and it works fine. Users are not on instagram desktop.

People from desktop can not interact with Manychat automation. It's only for mobile devices.
Having the exact issue. Trying to link a landing page made on FloDesk and it will not open from the DM sent on IG.
