I'm assigned as a Live Chat Agent but I can't respond to any livechats. The information is like this. Can someone help me solve this? Much appreciated.

You need to go to the ‘team members’ option to edit it and at the end add the live chat vacancy function.

 


Hi Equestrian, first check the role of each member in “settings menu”, then set up the “Auto-Assigment” and “Live chat behavior”
