I have just signed up with the free plan to test manychat. I sent a message to the linked whatsapp number. I can see the message in the live chat tab (area) but I cannot reply. It keeps giving me an error message to activate pro as marketing pro subscription is required to perform this automation.

 

If I cannot live chat in free, what can I do?  

I too was wondering this… Stuck in the same spot.

WhatsApp channel is only available on Pro plan, that’s why you can’t use it.

Whatsapp is only available on PRO accounts.. that is why it’s not enabled
