LOW OPEN RATE - Insta messages are NOT SEEN or opened by people who commented

When manychat messages are sent out after people commented under my reel - 90% of people don’t even open/don’t see them, why is that and how can I fix this? My automation itself works fine, it’s tested. But most people don’t even see my message.
