I recently changed my credit card so I am trying to update billing method on manychat. Anyways it won’t let me update my billing method because I can’t get back to my “owner” account. I have a PRO account under my email which I get billed 125 a month for, for 20,000 contacts and it’s been automatically paying, but when I try signing in with that email to manychat, it is saying no accounts exists. The only reason I can still control automation is because I gave another one of my emails access, but it still won’t let me change the billing.
Is there anyway I can contact manychat to update the billing for the pro account or allow me to login? I have proof that I am the owner and getting invoiced every month.
