Hey @xtezeli what exactly are you trying to do when you have the error?

If you’re having issues with the Manychat app in Make, you can use HTTP Requests instead, and use Manychat’s API to connect directly: https://api.manychat.com/swagger#/

I have a whatsapp number connected to Manychat, and using MAKE to connect the messages received in this whatsapp and sent to CODY for an AI to reply using Knowledge base. The ai does it very well. But when a new customer try to send message to the same whataspp it bugs out and some sort of conflict happens. I get that error 400 in MAKE(Coming from manychat) and the new customer do not get a reply.

Checa se esse é o ID correto do campo e tenta de novo.

Nenhum dos campos que uso na automação tem esse id. o bot ta funcionando agora, mas quando recebo mensagem de alguem novo ele trava
