I Have several Manychat flows that I updated the website links and made sure everything was turned on. Now the flows are not sensing when the keyword is typed and I son’t know what to do and I cannot find a customer service email or anything to get help.

Have you already refreshed your permissions? (Settings/ Instagram/ Refresh Instagram Permissions)

And if you create a new automation, does it trigger or is everything frozen?

 

Ah, important detail… if you are on the Free Plan, it has a keyword limitation (3 per account).


Thank You, I have the paid plan and I went back through and searched the problem. I mixed the trigger words up. I appreciate the help.
