Newbie, technology challenged here. My ManyChat paid Pro will not recognize my business facebook account, only my personal Instagram account.
Training on building a bot and this is the first step, so as you can imagine, very frustrating when the fundamental steps as directed don’t work. Please help.

Make sure the personal FB profile you’re using to connect to Manychat is Admin of the Facebook page you want to connect to Manychat - and if you want to connect IG and Messenger in the same FB page, both have to be owned by the same business manager.
If they’re separated it’s possible that you first have to accommodate your FB/IG accounts and then reconnect Manychat.
