I’m creating a Manychat appointment setting using Voiceflow as the chatbot source, this bot is currently being used to manage inbound DMs. Something I have encountered recently though is that when a user sends 2 messages quickly and in succession the bot will send the 2 identical messages in return. 

 

For examples:

Bot: How many clients do you have?

Lead: I have 4 clients right now

Lead: But I’m about to have a fifth very soon

Bot: That is great to hear!….

Bot: That is great to hear!….

 

Does anyone know how I can solve this issue? If so that would be greatly appreciated.
