Hi everyone, 

I've set up an automation for Fb ads for IG for my webinar. This is an automation 'user clicks on ad'. I made and saved the funnel before the ad. But in Facebook Ads manager it seems to work, but in real life with the IG ad, it doesn't work.

When people press the buttons within the app, the second message doesn't come forward from Manychat.

How can I fix this?

I already tried with a second automation that should only trigger when 'user sends a message that contains the same words'. But then it also doesn't sent the other message.

Does somebody know this problem? And knows the solution?
