In the AI step, it does not answer in the language the customer asks, sometimes it answers English in German and German in Turkish. How can I prevent this? Why does AI do this when there is only English training data in the training data?

Script: I would try to integrate the language guidance into the initial script. Something like, “Start the conversation by greeting the user and identifying which language they would prefer to speak. Keep the entire conversation in the user’s preferred language.”
Context: In this section, I would include all the details that you mentioned in the Objective, reinforcing the importance of the language.
I have been getting effective results with this approach.

As we have now the possibility to integrate fields, what I do is tell the ai in the first task to speak {{language}} (field automatically available from the user’s info).
