Hi community, I'm new to ManyChat and I'm learning by making a simple greeting flow for my WhatsApp integration. When I test the integration, I can't get the auto-reply set up. I saw that my 'Business Verification' wasn't approved. However, I don't have a real business yet; I'm just experimenting to see if I can recommend ManyChat to my customers. How can I test this if I don't have a business verification? Is it necessary to take a test?

I just found more information as below, which make my wondering why my conversation started is not getting an auto-reply. I might be missing some steps.

"For all customer-initiated conversations (inbound messaging), Business Verification is not a necessary step to get started. "

Steps I am using to test it.

  • From whatsapp I send 'Hi'
  • I am expecting to get a default reply that was configured in the whatsapp settings
  • No auto-reply is sent to the whatsapp that started the conversation.

Here is another screenshot in the hopes of receiving some assistance. I can attempt sending a message through conversation, but it doesn't work. Any assistance is appreciated.

 

If it helps, the network traffic says "ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT"
