Hello im trying to add an audio in many chat response to an instagram direct
but anything i do it gives me " Unsupported 'mp4' format. You can use 'wav', 'x-wav', 'm4a', 'x-m4a'. "
I used m4a, mp3, wma but still no

I am having the same issue right now.
Guys, I’m having the exact same issue.
Tried to convert the M4A to MP3 nothing.
M4A to WAV → Works, but in the end when testing the automation the audio is blank.
I think there has to be something wrong with the platform.
Any thoughts or support ?
Eu testei o WAV e não deu certo, mas coloquei em M4A e funcionou. Automação para o Instagram.

+3Oi Fabio, eu estava anteriormente efetuando pelo notebook com o arquivo na nuvem.
Percebi no dia 02/11 que não conseguia mais, daí tentei pelo iphone e consegui, mas uma unica vez.
Foi então que abri um ticket, E consegui ontem apos o suporte me orientar salvar no computador.
