ManyChat auto sent message twice

If it's happening often, contact Manychat support so they can check what's going on.

Also, make sure to test it from the mobile app to see if this still happens. Instagram's Web App is full of bugs and issues with Manychat.

If it's once every now and then, I usually consider it a normal glitch and just keep monitoring other conversations to make sure it's not widespread.

I started to experience it since last week. I tried on mobile app and also desktop app. if I tried on mobile app, it will send out 2 x messages automatically but still functioning. Desktop app it will restart the whole application. 

I will monitor a few more days before I write to support team.

I have the same issue. Every single automated message is being sent twice. Tested even the templates and it does the exact same. Anyone an idea?

​@Dveki talk to support, they need to look into what’s happening in the backend.
