Manychat automaticaly answering Instagram messages

Hi,

I have an automation for instagram massages and I don't want to have it any longer, because the same answer follows after each message of my followers. That's really annoying.

I don’t know how to undo the automation!!!!

Does anybody know?

Hey, it’s probably the default reply. You likely have settings that allow messages to be sent after every message. In the settings, you can change it to send only “one per 24 hours.”
