Hey, my automation is firing correctly and people are opting in and completing the flow. However, Facebook is not picking up that a conversation has started. Obviously this means the pixel is getting no data for optimisation. 

I am using the ‘clicks facebook ad trigger’ as the Facebook JSON trigger isnt an option in my account. I have made sure the autoresponder is disabled. 

How do i fix this?
