Hi everyone! ManyChat suddenly stopped sending the automation (or flow) to leads coming from Facebook ads to the WhatsApp API I have connected. It was working perfectly for months until yesterday, when it suddenly stopped.
What's even stranger is that if I trigger it from my personal phone, the same message works, but if the trigger comes from the ads, the sequence doesn't activate.
I’ve seen on the platform that many people are complaining about the same issue, so it’s not an isolated case.
