I’m facing an issue where messages sent through ManyChat automation workflows for Messenger aren’t appearing in Bitrix24’s open channels. However, messages sent manually or outside of the automation workflows do show up correctly. Has anyone experienced this problem or knows how to resolve it?

@Anjana Ish this is due to how Meta handles handover from one app to another, and so far I have not found a solution for it in the years I've been working with this.

Basically if you have one app connected (in this case Manychat), any other connected apps won't get all the messages (in your case Bitrix).
