When i respond with a trigger word i get a message. I click the link but continuously get ManyChat server not safe. Can anyone help me here. I’ve turned of my phone, updated everything and cleared cache. This is really stopping me from getting on and no one can tell me why when I never had a problem UNTIL I started using manychat myself!

First try to disable Manychat's URL Shortener (Settings/ General)
You'll lose CTR data, but this should be a quick fix for your problem.
After that, get in touch with the Support Team. You can open a ticket at https://help.manychat.com/

Buttons and links sent before will continue with the manychat redirect. Try sending your trigger again and click on the "new" link you'll get.
No, I can’t click anyone else’s link , it defaults to server not secure, if I want info and click their ManyChat it won’t go through.
