New Manychat Pro user here. I’m trying to set up an IG DM automation that sends the user to my website, using the  “Add Button - Open Website” option. The problem is that Manychat is using a redirect from my.manychat.com and then to my website, which causes my website to malfunction.

Going to my website directly by typing the URL into the address bar does not cause any problems.

If you test it out yourself, you’ll see it go to my.manychat.com first before it goes to your link.

Is it possible to skip the redirect and go straight to my link instead?

You can disable Manychat's shortener at Settings/ General/ Card URL Shortener:

 

But with that you'll lose the CTR data for your flows. Even so, using Tags you can still identify the users that clicked on your flow buttons. 

 

Also, check your website. This URL shortener should not cause such problems. Maybe there's more to fix/ adjust on your website.
